ENG: What I enjoy about my job at Imagine is that I get to help girls and women to find their outfits, create pictures for the social media and having fun colleagues. People ask me if I don’t get tempted by all the nice clothing we are selling. Of course I get tempted! But my wardrobe is too full now, got rid of bunch of stuff, which made me more critical on what to buy when it comes to clothing. Luckily I can just borrow these clothes to style it the way I would like to wear things. I’m keeping the crochet top though, because it is amazing for the warm holidays that I am planning on somewhere in my lifetime haha!
NL: Wat ik het fijne vind aan mijn werk bij Imagine is dat ik meiden en vrouwen kan helpen om outfits te vinden, foto’s maken voor social media en leuke collega’s heb. Mensen vragen mij vaak of ik niet alles van de winkel wil kopen. Het antwoord is natuurlijk JA, maar mijn kledingkast is nu te vol en ik heb heel veel dingen weggedaan. Hierdoor ben ik wel iets kritischer geworden als het gaat om kleding. Gelukkig mag ik de kleren lenen om foto’s te maken voor mijn blog. Natuurlijk koop ik de spulletjes die ik echt te gek vind, zoals deze crochet top. Die ga ik echt zeker wel dragen op een zonvakantie die ik nog ooit ga boeken haha!

What do to when there is no one to take pictures for you? Self timer and the tripod are your best friends then. I took these pictures when the weather was good and had a free day. I absolutely love the shirt that I also got from Chicwish. I don’t have a lot of sophisticated blouses or tops so this one is great. Today I have to work, got a party from an engaged couple where I’m the photographer, so keep an eye on my snapchat (ohmaygodd)!

Wat doe je als niemand foto’s voor je kunt maken? De self-timer en tripod zijn je beste vrienden dan! Ik heb deze foto’s zelf geschoten toen het goed weer was en een vrije dag had. Ik hou van dit topje die ik ook van Chicwish heb gekregen. Vooral omdat ik nog niet zoveel nette blousjes of topjes heb, dus deze is perfect. Voeg mij toe op snapchat voor mijn dagelijkse avonturen. Ik moet vandaag werken, heb een feestje van een verloofd stel waar ik moet gaan fotograferen, dus houd mijn snapchat (ohmaygodd) in de gaten!

ENG: The past days I have been really busy with photography. New profile pictures for friends, Instagram pictures for Imagine by Kim, tomorrow evening at a party and of course for my own blog. I’m still figuring out how my new camera works and until recently I have been editing my pictures in Adobe Lightroom. All new functions and other things I still need to learn. I wore this look last monday and it’s in collaboration with the webshop Shein. From time to time I can pick some new items out, which is super nice! This time I chose for an oversized t-shirt and an a-line button up skirt. I have a 40% code for you (Ma-dimplekhadi40) to use when you check out at Shein. I hope that the weather continues on being this great, because I feel more positive!

NL: Afgelopen dagen ben ik echt veel bezig geweest met fotograferen. Nieuwe profielfoto’s voor vrienden, Instagramfoto’s voor Imagine by Kim, morgenavond een feestje en natuurlijk voor mijn eigen blog. Ik ben echt nog steeds aan het uitzoeken hoe mijn nieuwe camera werkt en bewerk mijn foto’s tegenwoordig in Adobe Lightroom. Allemaal nieuwe functies en dingetjes waar ik nog veel van kan leren. Ik droeg deze look afgelopen maandag en het is in samenwerking met de webshop Shein. Ik mag op z’n tijd nieuwe dingetjes uitzoeken, wat natuurlijk super leuk is. Dit keer koos ik voor een lekkere oversized t-shirt en een a-line button up rokje (wat ik natuurlijk nog niet heb in denim ;)). Hier is ook nog een 40% kortingscode (Ma-dimplekhadi40) die je kunt gebruiken als je afrekent bij Shein. Ik hoop echt dat het weer zo lekker blijft, want ik merk echt aan mezelf dat ik veel positiever ben!

ENG: Yeah, the sale has started, at least H&M and Weekday they started yesterday. I remember how dramatic this period was when I worked at Weekday, but they always have a good sale. Last week I wanted to use my H&M giftcard and I already saw the denim dress hanging. Yesterday I went to check the sale out and the dress was on sale for 20 euro’s. Super awesome! Can’t wait to wear it and combine is lots of ways.

NL: Jaa, de sale is weer begonnen! Tenminste, bij de H&M en Weekday zijn ze sinds gister ermee van start gegaan. Ik weet nog wel hoe dramatisch die periode was toen ik bij Weekday werkte, maar ze hebben altijd wel echt een goede sale. Vorige week wilde ik mijn H&M bon uitgeven en toen zag ik het jurkje al hangen. Gisteren ging ik toch even langs de H&M om te kijken wat ze in de sale hadden en ja hoor, het jurkje was er voor 20 euro. Ik mijn cadeaubon gebruikt en happy. Ik kan niet wachten om hem op verschillende manieren te combineren!

ENG: Like I mentioned yesterday I went outfit shooting with Jennie today. I only had two outfits, but when we came to this location, I just had to take some more. I always wanted to take pictures like these and Jennie nailed it! The weather was so good today. Besides we shot pictures together I also met up with a friend and took some for him. After that we had some KFC and now I am ready to go to the gym. I’m totally not in the mood for that, but I have to go! Have a great evening xo

NL: Zoals ik gisteren heb verteld, ging ik vandaag met Jennie outfits schieten. Ik had maar twee outfits in gedachten, maar toen we op deze locatie kwamen, moest ik gewoon nog even wat foto’s schieten. Ik wilde altijd al zulke foto’s maken en Jennie nailed it! Vandaag was het zo mooi weer. Naast dat ik zelf outfits had geschoten, ben ik daarna met een vriend wat foto’s voor hem gaan maken. Lekker ongezond daarna KFC gegeten en nu ben ik klaar voor om naar de sportschool te gaan. Helemaal geen zin eigenlijk, maar wat moet dat moet he! Fijne avond xo

ENG: Hey! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. This week was filled with work. Friday I had a goodbye party from a friend, which was really fun. Yesterday I went to the EO-youthday with some of my friends. The weather was awesome, just like today! This is the outfit I wore today. NL: Hey! Ik hoop dat jullie een leuk weekend hebben gehad. Afgelopen week moest ik werken en vrijdag had ik een afscheidsfeestje van een vriendin. Gisteren ben ik naar de EO jongerendag geweest met een paar vrienden. Het weer was echt top, net als vandaag! Dit is dan ook de outfit van vandaag. #ONMAYBODY: T-shirt from H&M men, Corduroy Skinny from Cheap Monday, Choker from Imagine by Kim

ENG: I’m obsessed with the Puma by Rihanna Creepers. I’m wearing my star white oatmeal ones almost every day! These green – bordeaux beauties in my closet for a while until I get the urge to buy new shoes again. Save now or cry later right? :’) I bought them online and it was difficult to get in the NL website, but then I tried the europe site and search for the shoes in the search engine (they didn’t appear on the landing page) and they were there! Which color is your favorite?
NL: Ik ben verslaafd aan de puma by Rihanna creepers. Ik draag mijn star white oatmeal variant bijna elke dag! Deze groene bordeaux beauties gaan lekker de kast in totdat ik de neiging heb om weer nieuwe schoenen te kopen. Ik heb ze online besteld en het was best lastig om door de Nederlandse website te komen, want die was helemaal gecrasht. Dus ik probeerde de Europese website, zocht de schoen in de zoekbalk (ze stonden namelijk niet op de landingspagina) en kocht ze me-teen. Welke kleur is jouw favoriet?

Happy Sunday! If you follow me on Snapchat you’ve probably seen some sneak peeks of my new room already. Except for my clothing style, i am also in the bohemian vibes when it comes to my room interior. Now I have more space to take pictures inside for when no-one can shoot pictures for me. I am wearing a nice tunic, combined with my black over the knee boots, hat and choker to create an edgier look. I receive more great items from Chicwish so I can’t wait to show you! Unfortunately i have to work today, but it’s only for a couple of hours. Hope you had a wonderful week!

Happy sunday! Als jullie mij op Snapchat volgen, hebben jullie waarschijnlijk al wat sneak peeks van mijn nieuwe kamer gezien. Ik zit nu naast mijn kledingstijl ook een beetje in de bohemian sferen kwa interieur. Nu heb ik meer ruimte om ook binnen foto’s te maken, dus dat is wel handig als niemand buiten foto’s kan schieten. Ik draag een super leuk tuniekje, gecombineerd met mijn zwarte hoge laarzen, hoed en choker om het wat stoerder te maken.  Ik heb nog meer leuke items van Chicwish ontvangen, dus ik laat ze snel zien. Vandaag moet ik helaas werken, maar gelukkig zijn het maar een paar uurtjes. Ik hoop dat jullie een fijne week hebben gehad!
